1. Full Payment

All projects require 100% upfront payment to secure your production slot and begin work.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Before Work Begins: 100% full refund if requested before any work has started.
• After Project Start: Partial refund of 70% of the total payment.
• After First Draft: Limited partial refund of 40% of the total payment.
• Final Delivery & Revisions: Once revisions are made or the final version is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. Request Method

All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp with your project details and reason for the request.

4. Timeframe & Processing

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the latest project update or delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• بعد التسليم النهائي: بمجرد إجراء التعديلات أو تسليم الإصدار النهائي، لن يتم إصدار أي مبالغ مستردة.

3. طريقة الطلب
