Welcome to Aplair. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Aplair provides cinematic real estate video editing and related digital media services.

2. Payment Terms

• All services require 100% upfront payment before work begins.
• No project will start without full payment.

3. Project Timeline

Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days based on the selected package. Final delivery dates are agreed upon before payment.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of free revisions. Additional revisions requested after the limit is reached are subject to extra fees ($15 per revision).

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary raw footage and brand assets. Delays in providing materials will result in shifted delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Usage

• Final videos become the property of the client after full payment.
• Aplair reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
• If a client does not want their project used in the portfolio, an additional fee applies.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

2. شروط الدفع

• جميع الخدمات تتطلب دفع كامل 100% قبل بدء العمل.
• لن يبدأ أي مشروع بدون دفع كامل.

3. الجدول الزمني

تتراوح أوقات التسليم من 3 إلى 10 أيام عمل حسب الباقة المختارة. يتم الاتفاق على مواعيد التسليم النهائية قبل الدفع.

4. التعديلات

تتضمن كل باقة عدداً محدداً من التعديلات المجانية. التعديلات الإضافية المطلوبة بعد استنفاد الحد المسموح به تخضع لرسوم إضافية (15$ لكل تعديل).

5. التزامات العميل

العميل مسؤول عن تقديم جميع اللقطات الخام وعناصر العلامة التجارية اللازمة. التأخير في تقديم هذه المواد سيؤدي إلى تأخير مواعيد التسليم.

6. حقوق الملكية واستخدام البورتفوليو

• تصبح الفيديوهات النهائية ملكًا للعميل بعد دفع كامل المبلغ.
• تحتفظ Aplair بالحق في استخدام الأعمال المكتملة للبورتفوليو والتسويق.
• إذا كان العميل لا يرغب في استخدام مشروعه في البورتفوليو، يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية.

7. الاسترجاع

تخضع الاسترجاعات لـ سياسة استرجاع الأموال.
